Using the site
Moments by Ishrar provides a public portfolio, service information, journal, licensing requests, booking tools, private client access, and delivery galleries. Use the site lawfully, provide information that is accurate enough for the requested service, and keep access details for your own use.
Client access and verification
Client access uses a one-time link sent to the email address entered by the customer. The link expires after one hour. Do not request access for another person, share a verification link, attempt to bypass the access controls, or access a gallery that was not delivered to you.
Inquiries and bookings
Sending an inquiry starts a conversation; it is not a final booking or a guarantee that a date is available. A booking becomes final only when the applicable service agreement is accepted, payment or retainer is recorded, the request is verified, and the studio confirms it.
The service-specific agreement shown for a project controls the scope, schedule, fees, permissions, cancellation terms, delivery, and other project details if it differs from these general site terms.
Images, films, and licenses
Site photographs, films, writing, design, and marks belong to Moments by Ishrar or their respective rights holders. Viewing a portfolio or downloading a private delivery does not grant a broader license. Use, publication, commercial exploitation, or redistribution is permitted only to the extent stated in a signed service agreement or separate license.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to:
- Send spam, automated bulk requests, abusive content, or malicious code.
- Probe, scrape, overload, or circumvent authentication, rate limits, or other security controls.
- Submit another person’s private information without authority.
- Copy, republish, or commercially use protected site or delivery content without permission.
Email communication
The site sends low-volume, customer-triggered transactional email for verification, booking requests, agreements, and confirmations. Messages from no-reply@moments.ishrar.com are automated and unmonitored. Booking confirmations are the replyable exception and identify the studio’s customer-service address. Email delivery can be delayed or blocked by a recipient’s provider, so keep your contact details current and check your spam folder when expecting a link.
Availability and changes
The site is provided as available and may change as services, availability, galleries, or infrastructure are updated. We may suspend access to protect customers, the studio, or the service. Nothing on a portfolio or service page promises a particular image, date, result, or availability until the applicable agreement is confirmed.
