Project scope
The project proposal defines the date, locations, hours, collaborators, deliverables, expenses, and license. Work outside that written scope is discussed and quoted before it is added.
Reservation & payment
A date is reserved only after the signed agreement and proposal retainer are received. The proposal sets the payment schedule; overdue balances may pause production or delivery.
Creative authorship
The client is commissioning Ishrar’s documented visual approach and professional judgment. Capture, selection, sequencing, color, sound, and final finishing remain creative decisions made within the approved brief.
Delivery & safekeeping
The proposal gives an estimated delivery window and gallery term. The client must download and back up final files. Raw, unedited, rejected, or project-source files are not included unless explicitly listed.
Guardian consent
A parent or legal guardian must approve photography of every participating minor and remain responsible for supervision throughout the session.
Child-led pace
Breaks, transitions, and changes of plan are expected. The photographer may pause or end an activity whenever a child’s safety or wellbeing calls for it.
Privacy by default
Images of minors are never used publicly when the booking includes a written privacy restriction. Portfolio permission can be declined without affecting service.
Changes, cancellation & the unexpected
The proposal sets the project-specific rescheduling, cancellation, weather, illness, venue, force-majeure, and liability terms. Everyone will act in good faith, and work may stop where people, equipment, law, or creative integrity face unreasonable risk.
Electronic execution & mutual acceptance
Each party may sign this agreement electronically. The customer signature records acceptance of the service-specific terms and the studio signature records acceptance of the same confirmed scope. When both signatures are present, this electronic record is intended to bind both parties to the confirmed booking, subject to applicable law.
This is the children & families service template, version FAMILY-2026.1. The final project proposal supplies pricing, dates, detailed deliverables, license scope, and jurisdiction. Have counsel review this template before using it as a production contract.
