Graduation photography agreement · GRAD-2026.1

Clear terms.
Graduation specific.

A clear record of the people who carried you here. These terms define access, group portraits, ceremony restrictions, delivery timing, and the care taken with a once-only day.

01

Project scope

The project proposal defines the date, locations, hours, collaborators, deliverables, expenses, and license. Work outside that written scope is discussed and quoted before it is added.

02

Reservation & payment

A date is reserved only after the signed agreement and proposal retainer are received. The proposal sets the payment schedule; overdue balances may pause production or delivery.

03

Creative authorship

The client is commissioning Ishrar’s documented visual approach and professional judgment. Capture, selection, sequencing, color, sound, and final finishing remain creative decisions made within the approved brief.

04

Delivery & safekeeping

The proposal gives an estimated delivery window and gallery term. The client must download and back up final files. Raw, unedited, rejected, or project-source files are not included unless explicitly listed.

05

Ceremony access

The client provides venue rules, credentials, seating restrictions, and a reachable point person. The photographer works within the institution's instructions and does not interrupt the ceremony.

06

Group portraits

The client supplies a practical list of family, mentors, and friends for formal portraits. Delays, late arrivals, or newly added groups may reduce time for other planned coverage.

07

Unrepeatable celebration

Commencement moments cannot be recreated. Professional preparation is used to protect the coverage, while the client understands that access, crowd movement, and timing can limit any specific frame.

08

Changes, cancellation & the unexpected

The proposal sets the project-specific rescheduling, cancellation, weather, illness, venue, force-majeure, and liability terms. Everyone will act in good faith, and work may stop where people, equipment, law, or creative integrity face unreasonable risk.

09

Electronic execution & mutual acceptance

Each party may sign this agreement electronically. The customer signature records acceptance of the service-specific terms and the studio signature records acceptance of the same confirmed scope. When both signatures are present, this electronic record is intended to bind both parties to the confirmed booking, subject to applicable law.
