Landscape & licensing agreement · LANDSCAPE-2026.1

Clear terms.
Landscape specific.

Fieldwork shaped by conditions. These terms define access, environmental responsibility, weather contingencies, print standards, and image licensing.

01

Project scope

The project proposal defines the date, locations, hours, collaborators, deliverables, expenses, and license. Work outside that written scope is discussed and quoted before it is added.

02

Reservation & payment

A date is reserved only after the signed agreement and proposal retainer are received. The proposal sets the payment schedule; overdue balances may pause production or delivery.

03

Creative authorship

The client is commissioning Ishrar’s documented visual approach and professional judgment. Capture, selection, sequencing, color, sound, and final finishing remain creative decisions made within the approved brief.

04

Delivery & safekeeping

The proposal gives an estimated delivery window and gallery term. The client must download and back up final files. Raw, unedited, rejected, or project-source files are not included unless explicitly listed.

05

Access & stewardship

The client discloses permit, landowner, cultural, conservation, drone, and safety requirements. No image is pursued through trespass, damage, or disregard for local guidance.

06

Weather & timing

Specific natural conditions cannot be guaranteed. The proposal states the weather window, reasonable attempts, travel treatment, and whether a return visit is included.

07

License or edition

Commercial files are licensed only for the listed use. Fine-art prints may be open or limited edition as stated, with color and scale varying slightly by material and display light.

08

Changes, cancellation & the unexpected

The proposal sets the project-specific rescheduling, cancellation, weather, illness, venue, force-majeure, and liability terms. Everyone will act in good faith, and work may stop where people, equipment, law, or creative integrity face unreasonable risk.

09

Electronic execution & mutual acceptance

Each party may sign this agreement electronically. The customer signature records acceptance of the service-specific terms and the studio signature records acceptance of the same confirmed scope. When both signatures are present, this electronic record is intended to bind both parties to the confirmed booking, subject to applicable law.

This is the landscape & licensing service template, version LANDSCAPE-2026.1. The final project proposal supplies pricing, dates, detailed deliverables, license scope, and jurisdiction. Have counsel review this template before using it as a production contract.
