Senior photography agreement · SENIOR-2026.1

Clear terms.
Seniors specific.

A milestone with your voice in it. These terms keep the session personal, collaborative, and clear about permissions, locations, and the images you receive.

01

Project scope

The project proposal defines the date, locations, hours, collaborators, deliverables, expenses, and license. Work outside that written scope is discussed and quoted before it is added.

02

Reservation & payment

A date is reserved only after the signed agreement and proposal retainer are received. The proposal sets the payment schedule; overdue balances may pause production or delivery.

03

Creative authorship

The client is commissioning Ishrar’s documented visual approach and professional judgment. Capture, selection, sequencing, color, sound, and final finishing remain creative decisions made within the approved brief.

04

Delivery & safekeeping

The proposal gives an estimated delivery window and gallery term. The client must download and back up final files. Raw, unedited, rejected, or project-source files are not included unless explicitly listed.

05

Personal expression

The client chooses the locations, wardrobe, people, and boundaries that make the session feel like them. Direction is offered as an invitation, never a requirement.

06

Location & weather

Outdoor plans may shift with weather, access, or light. The proposal identifies the agreed locations and the rescheduling approach for conditions that make the session unsafe or unworkable.

07

Family, friends & privacy

The client confirms permission from any recognizable people included in the session. Portfolio sharing is optional and never changes the private delivery of the senior gallery.

08

Changes, cancellation & the unexpected

The proposal sets the project-specific rescheduling, cancellation, weather, illness, venue, force-majeure, and liability terms. Everyone will act in good faith, and work may stop where people, equipment, law, or creative integrity face unreasonable risk.

09

Electronic execution & mutual acceptance

Each party may sign this agreement electronically. The customer signature records acceptance of the service-specific terms and the studio signature records acceptance of the same confirmed scope. When both signatures are present, this electronic record is intended to bind both parties to the confirmed booking, subject to applicable law.
